Welcome to ChauffeurMe.ie. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By booking with ChauffeurMe.ie, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered
We provide private day tours, 5-star golf experiences, airport transfers, and private hire chauffeur services within Ireland. Our services are available to individuals and businesses.

3. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made through our website or directly via phone/email. All bookings are subject to confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

4. Payments
Payments can be made securely in advance via a SumUp payment link or on-site using the SumUp app. All prices are quoted in Euro (€). Gratuities are not included and are at the customer's discretion.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Standard Transfers & Single-Day Tours:

  • Full refund if cancelled with 48+ hours’ notice.

  • 50% refund if cancelled between 24–48 hours.

  • No refund if cancelled within 24 hours.

• Multi-Day Tours:

  • Full refund if cancelled with 7+ days’ notice.

  • 50% refund if cancelled between 3–6 days.

  • No refund if cancelled within 72 hours.

Cancellations must be made by email to info@chauffeurme.ie. No-shows are treated as late cancellations with no refund.

6. Delays and No-Shows

• Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time.

• All other pickups include 15 minutes free waiting.

• Additional waiting may incur extra charges.

7. Conduct & Responsibility

• Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

• Customers are responsible for their belongings.

• Customers may be liable for damage or excessive cleaning.

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages or lost items.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is the property of ChauffeurMe.ie and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the Irish courts.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
